Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Garage: Vehicle Management application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Garage ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to all users of the App worldwide, regardless of location. Your use of the App constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

2. Description of the App Garage is a vehicle management application that allows you to track service history, fuel logs, mileage, registration deadlines, and financial records for your vehicles. The App offers a free tier and a Pro subscription with additional features including an AI assistant and enhanced analytics.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

3.1 Pro Subscription The App offers an auto-renewable monthly subscription ("Pro") at $7.99 per month, which includes management of up to 250 vehicles, access to the AI Assistant, and advanced analytics. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings.

3.2 Fleet Expansion The App offers a one-time purchase ("Fleet Expansion") at $6.99 that unlocks vehicle capacity up to 250 vehicles without a subscription. The AI Assistant is not included with Fleet Expansion.

3.3 Refunds All purchases are processed through Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not control or process refunds directly. To request a refund, contact Apple Support.

4. User Data and Privacy Garage is designed with privacy as a priority. We do not intentionally collect personal data. All vehicle data you enter is stored locally on your device. The App uses an anonymous device identifier to facilitate purchases and Pro tier features. This identifier contains no personally identifiable information. 5. AI Assistant Pro subscribers have access to an AI Assistant powered by third-party artificial intelligence technology. The AI Assistant is provided for informational and convenience purposes only. Responses may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. We are not responsible for any actions taken based on AI-generated content. Usage is subject to a monthly limit enforced server-side.

6. Acceptable Use You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its related systems.

7. Intellectual Property The App and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of the developer, protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If you are located outside the United States, you may also have rights under your local jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract.

11. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion for conduct that violates these Terms.

13. Third-Party Services The App integrates with Apple's in-app purchase system and RevenueCat for purchase management. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.
